摘  要:在传统的转子碰摩物理模型的基础上,建立考虑质量慢变和刚度退化的非线性动力学微分方程,应用概率随机摄动理论、二阶矩技术、Kronecker代数、矩阵微分等对转子碰摩系统的可靠性、可靠性灵敏度进行分析计算,研究在质量慢变和刚度退化的条件下转轴刚度、转盘质量、阻尼、偏心距、静子刚度对可靠性灵敏度的影响。结果表明转轴刚度、转盘阻尼、静子径向刚度均值增加将使系统可靠度增加,偏心距、转盘质量均值增加将使系统可靠度降低。In view of the stiffness degradation and slow mass change of the rotor in the actual service process,based on the traditional physical model of rotor rubbing,a nonlinear dynamic differential equation considering the slow mass change and stiffness degradation was established,and probabilistic random perturbation,econd-order moment technology,Kronecker algebra,matrix differentiation,etc.were applied.We analyzed and calculated the reliability and reliability sensitivity of the rotor rubbing system,and studied the stiffness of the shaft,the mass of the turntable,the damping,and the eccentricity,stator stiffness on reliability sensitivity under the conditions of slow mass change and stiffness degradation.The results show that the increase of shaft stiffness,turntable damping and the mean value of stator radial stiffness will increase the reliability of the system,and the increase of eccentricity and the mean value of turntable mass will reduce the reliability of the system.
