摘  要:单因素考察辅料,建立以亲水性凝胶材料HPMC E50(A)为40%、50%、60%,起泡剂Na_(2)CO_(3)(B)为10%、15%、20%,低密度辅料十八醇(C)为10%、15%、20%的三因素三水平正交实验,湿法制粒压片,优化得出芦丁胃漂浮片最佳成型工艺。单因素考察得最佳亲水性凝胶材料、起泡剂、低密度辅料、润滑剂分别为:HPMC E50、Na_(2)CO_(3)、十八醇、1%硬脂酸镁;正交优选出芦丁胃漂浮片最优方案为:C_(2)A_(2)B_(2),即十八醇15%,HPMC E5050%,Na_(2)CO_(3)15%。本实验优选出的结果适合芦丁水凝胶胃漂浮片制备。Single factor was used to investigate related accessories.A three-factor,three-level orthogonal experiment was established with hydrophilic gel HPMC E50(A)as 40%,50%,60%,foaming agent Na_(2)CO_(3)(B)as 10%,15%,20%,and low density auxiliary octadecanol(C)as 10%,15%,20%.Wet granulation was used for tableting,and the optimal molding process of Rutin gastric floating tablets was optimized.The best hydrophilic gel materials,foaming agents,low-density excipients and lubricants obtained by single factor investigation were as follows:HPMC E50,Na_(2)CO_(3),stearyl alcohol,and 1%magnesium stearate.Orthogonal optimization of the optimal plan for Rutin gastric floating tablets wasC_(2)A_(2)B_(2):stearyl alcohol 15%,HPMC E5050%,and Na_(2)CO_(3)15%.The results of this experiment were suitable for the preparation of rutin hydrogel gastric floating tablets.
