摘　　要：对K_(2)SiO_(3)水溶液(M=3.3)进行改性并用其分别制备了水性硅酸锌车间底漆,研究了在模数梯度变化的情况下该车间底漆所表现的性能。其中M=4.3的K_(2)SiO_(3)50℃热储稳定性超过30 d,漆膜疏水性良好,接触角达112°,附着力都达2级或以上,耐盐雾、耐水等性能方面的综合表现优秀。还研究了改性K_(2)SiO_(3)中硅烷偶联剂甲基三甲氧基硅烷(MTMS)的最佳用量,以改性K_(2)SiO_(3)溶液整体质量的1.5%用量为最佳。Aqueous solutions of K_(2)SiO_(3)(M=3.3)were modified and used to prepare waterborne inorganic zinc silicate shop primers.The performances of the shop primers with gradient change of moduli were investigated.The 50℃storage stability of the K_(2)SiO_(3) solution with M=4.3 is more than 30d.The coatings of the shopprime prepared with the solution has good hydrophobic performance with contact angle of 112°,results of 2 degrees or above from different adhesion tests and excellent comprehensive performances in salt spray resistence,water resistance,etc.This research also investigated the optimum percentage of coupling agent,methyltrimethoxysilane(MTMS),in modified K_(2)SiO_(3),which is 1.5%in the total mass of the modified K_(2)SiO_(3) solution.
