摘 要:油页岩的发热量是油页岩质量和资源量评价的关键参数之一,因此其发热量的测定具有重大意义,但直接测定发热量小于15 MJ/kg的油页岩会出现样品燃烧不完全、量热仪无法点火等现象[1],使得测定结果不准确。本文利用标煤为助燃剂,间接测定油页岩弹筒发热量。实验结果表明:测定发热量小于15 MJ/kg的油页岩样品,标煤助燃法测定油页岩发热量的条件为:标准煤样的质量0.40 g、油页岩样品质量0.50 g,氧气压力为2.8~3.2 MPa。The calorific value of oil shale is one of the key parameters for the evaluation of oil shale quality and resource quantity.Therefore,it is of great significance to determine the calorific value of oil shale,but the results of direct determination of oil shale with calorific value less than 15 MJ/kg are unstable and inaccurate due to the incomplete combustion of the sample and the failure of ignition of calorimeter.The calorific value of oil shale cartridge was indirectly measured by using standard coal as combustion-supporting agent.The experimental results showed that for oil shale samples with calorific value less than 15 MJ/kg,the standard coal combustion-supporting method can determine the calorific value of oil shale under the following conditions:the standard coal was 0.40 g,the oil shale sample was 0.50 g,the oxygen pressure was 2.8~3.2 MPa.
