摘  要:介绍了陕西延长中煤榆林能源化工有限公司气相法聚乙烯装置排放回收系统目前运行情况,采用传统的压缩/冷凝工艺,不能将所有的乙烯、1-丁烯和异戊烷冷凝回收,单体利用率低。阐述了通过采用增设膜及深冷分离回收系统对现有排火炬气中的烃类进行回收利用,对比回收效率和经济效益分析,发现气相法聚乙烯装置排放回收系统改造效果良好,增效明显,能够大幅提高公司经济效益和环保效益。This paper the current operation of the gas phase polyethylene unit emission recovery system ofYulin Energy Chemical Co.,Ltd.,Shaanxi Yanchang Coalwas introduced.By using the traditional compression/condensation process,all ethylene,1-butene and isopentane cannot be condensed and recovered,and the monomer utilization rate was low.By using the new membrane and cryogenic separation and recovery system existing exhaust torch gas by adding film and cryogenic separation and recovery system,the recovery efficiency and economic benefit analysiswere compared.It was found that the gas phase polyethylene plant emission recovery system had good effect and obvious efficiency,which can greatly improve the economic and environmental benefits of the company.
