摘 要:目的:建立测定阿嘎日-8中羟基红花黄色素A含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Thermo SCIENTIFIC C18柱(250 mm×4.60 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.7%磷酸溶液(用三乙胺调pH6.0±0.1)(19.5∶1.5∶79),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长403 nm,柱温40℃。结果:羟基红花黄色素A在132.5~476.9 ng范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9998;羟基红花黄色素A平均加样回收率为100.4%,RSD=1.4%。结论:本方法操作简便,准确性好,可用于阿嘎日-8中羟基红花黄色素A的质量控制。Objective:To establish a method to determine contents of safflomin A in Agari-8. Methods:Contents of safflomin A was determined by HPLC was used with UV detector,the column was Thermo SCIENTIFIC C18(250 mm×4.60 mm,5μm),the mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-0.7% phosphoric acid(Adjust pH 6.0 ±0.1 with triethylamine)(19.5 ∶1.5 ∶79),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was set at 403 nm,the column temperature was maintained at 40 ℃. Results:The linear range of safflomin A was 132.5 ~476.9 ng(r =0.9998). The mean recovery of safflomin A was 100.4%,RSD=1.4%. Conclusion:The method is accurate in operation,and accurate,which can be used for the quality controol of safflomin A in Agari-8.
