摘 要:选取2007年—2016年的区域建筑业数据,构建投入产出指标体系,利用SE-DEA模型首先从时间序列角度对不同区域的建筑业企业技术效率进行了测算,发现东北等地区受到经济波动影响大,南部沿海地区提升较快;在截面分析中发现区域间差异较大,黄河中游等地区纯技术效率不足,东北等地区资源配置有待优化,为建筑业制定发展策略提供参考依据。Regional construction industry data from 2007—2016 were adapted to construct the input-output index system,and the SE-DEA model was used to firstly measure the technical efficiency of construction enterprises in different regions from a time series perspective,and it was found that regions such as the northeast were greatly affected by economic fluctuations,and the southern coastal region was improved faster,in the cross-sectional analysis,it was found that there were large differences between regions,and the pure technical efficiency of regions such as the middle reaches of the Yellow River was insufficient and the resource allocation in the Northeast and other regions needs to be optimized,which provides a reference basis for the construction industry to make development strategies.
