摘 要:针对单一低渗突出煤层瓦斯治理工作量大、成本高等问题,层底板中实施定向穿层长钻孔,达到高效抽采,提出定向分支长钻孔区域瓦斯治理技术。运用千米定向钻机在煤层中抽采瓦斯,通过深孔密闭取样装置和技术,验证区域钻孔钻屑量S主要在3.2~4.2 kg/m,钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度q<2.8 L/min,达到了防突目的。Aiming at the problem of high workload and high cost of gas control in a single low-permeability outburst coal seam,directional long boreholes were implemented in the floor to achieve efficient drainage,and gas control technology for directional branch long boreholes was proposed.Using kilometer directional drilling machine to extract gas in coal seam,through deep hole closed sampling device and technology,it was verified that the drilling cuttings volume of the boreholes in the area was mainly 3.2~4.2 kg/m,and the initial velocity of gas emission from the boreholes was less than 2.8 L/min,which has achieved the purpose of preventing outbursts.
