摘  要:对平煤四矿保护层开采工作面的瓦斯涌出规律进行了研究,针对己15煤层和其下部的己16-17煤层群情况,开展保护层开采卸压抽采。在保护层己15-23150和己15-31040工作面进行现场实验,采用保护层迎面斜交孔、底板穿层钻孔抽采、上隅角埋管抽采和高抽巷封堵抽采的立体式瓦斯综合治理技术,并对保护层开采治理效果进行了考察。结果表明:通过采取保护层开采和瓦斯综合治理措施,己15-23150和己15-31040工作面回采时瓦斯浓度超限问题得到了有效解决,工作面回风流瓦斯浓度为0.3%左右,瓦斯抽采总量不低于65%,被保护层瓦斯压力和含量均有所下降,确定了保护范围为50 m。The gas emission law of protective seam mining face in Pingdingshan No.4 Coal Mine was studied.According to the situation ofⅥ15 coal seam andⅥ16-17 coal seam group in its lower part,the pressure relief and drainage of protective seam mining was carried out.Field experiments were carried out on the working faces of protection layerⅥ15-23150 andⅥ15-31040.The three-dimensional comprehensive gas control technology of face-to-face oblique hole in protection layer,floor through layer drilling drainage,upper corner buried pipe drainage and high drainage roadway plugging drainage was adopted,and the control effect of protection layer mining was investigated.The results show that:by taking protective seam mining and gas comprehensive control measures,the problem of gas concentration overrun inⅥ15-23150 andⅥ15-31040 working faces has been effectively solved,the gas concentration in the return air flow of the working face is about 0.3%,the total amount of gas drainage is not less than 65%,the gas pressure and content in the protected layer are decreased,and the protection range is determined as 50 m.
