摘  要:为了探索江垭、皂市水库在长江上中游水工程联合调度模式下的调度方式,介绍了2020年澧水大洪水的防洪实际调度情况。结果表明,两水库充分利用防洪库容,协同省内防洪骨干水库及三峡水库,发挥了拦洪错峰的作用,成功避免了澧水干流石门站超安全泄量,极大减轻了洞庭湖区的防洪压力。其实践经验可为其他水库联合调度提供借鉴。In order to explore the operation mode of Jiangya and Zaoshi reservoirs under the joint operation mode of water projects in upstream and midstream of Yangtze River,the role of the reservoirs are analyzed.In the actual flood control in 2020,cooperated with the flood control backbone reservoirs in Hunan province and Three Gorges reservoir,the flood control capacity of two reservoirs was fully used and gave full play in flood stopping and peak staggering,the risk discharge over safe water level at Shimen station on the main stream of the river was successful⁃ly avoided,which greatly reduced the flood control pressure in Dongting Lake area.The practical experience can provide reference for the joint scheduling of other reservoirs.
