摘  要:随着车辆生产企业的发展,营运车辆产品线逐渐变广,细分市场和定制化产品的数量日益增多,市场要求愈发急切。另一方面,由于达标车型技术法规、标准的全面实施,公告监管流程的逐步严格,现有的准入资源管理与质量控制水平逐渐难以适应企业、市场、监管部门的需求。为更好地提升达标车型技术管理服务水平,有效提高技术审查质量和工作效率,加快传统工作模式转型,减轻审查工作对人员的依赖。因此,本文构建达标车型技术判定逻辑规则,为后续科学、合理地开发道路运输达标车型智能化审查实际运用提供基础,为行业构建安全、节能、高效的综合运输体系提供强有力的支持。with the development of vehicle manufacturing enterprises,the product line of commercial vehicle for transportation is gradually becoming wider,the number of market segments and customized products is increasing,and the market demand is becoming more and more urgent.On the other hand,due to the full implementation of the technical regulations and standards of the standard vehicles,and the gradual strictness of the announcement supervision process,the existing access resource management and quality control level is gradually difficult to meet the needs of enterprises,markets and regulatory departments.In order to better improve the technical management service level of standard vehicle,effectively improve the quality and efficiency of technical review,accelerate the transformation of traditional work mode,and reduce the dependence of review work on personnel.Therefore,this paper constructs the technical judgment logic rules of standard vehicle type,which provides the basis for the follow-up scientific and reasonable development of intelligent review of standard vehicle type in road transportation,and provides strong support for the industry to build a safe,energy-saving and efficient comprehensive transportation system.
