摘  要:近年来,水利工程建设逐渐成为农业灌溉、生态保护、水资源高效利用和防洪蓄水等领域高效发展的关键所在。但从目前发展现状来看,水利工程施工管理效率低下、信息化程度低、施工管理各环节不衔接等问题日渐凸显,导致水利工程建设周期、质量、成本不易控制,为此,文章欲借助BIM技术,构建科学合理的水利工程施工管理模式,提升项目管理精细度。以BIM在水利工程施工管理中应用的必要性为切入点,重点阐述可视化、模拟性、协调性及集成化等四方面需求。同时,引入BIM技术团队,提出了适用于水利工程施工管理的应用模式,并以此为契机,建立基于BIM模型视角下水利工程施工信息化管理平台,以期为相关人士提供一些可行性建议。In recent years,the construction of water conservancy projects has gradually become the key to the efficient development of agricultural irrigation,ecological protection,efficient utilization of water resources and flood control and storage.However,from the current development situation,the problems such as low efficiency of water conservancy project construction management,low degree of informatization and non-connection of various links of construction management have become increasingly prominent,resulting in the construction cycle,quality and cost of water conservancy projects are not easy to control.Therefore,with the help of BIM technology,this paper wants to build a scientific and reasonable construction management mode of water conservancy projects to improve the fineness of project management.Based on the necessity of the application of BIM in water conservancy project construction management,this paper focuses on the requirements of visualization,simulation,coordination and integration.At the same time,the introduction of BIM technology team,put forward the application model suitable for water conservancy project construction management,and take this as an opportunity to establish a water conservancy project construction management information management platform based on the perspective of BIM model,in order to provide some feasible suggestions for relevant people.
