摘　　要：医院传统纸质病案长期存在占空间、耗资源、易损易丢等管理难题,随着互联网+、大数据等先进技术在医疗行业应用的逐步深入,如何改变传统病案管理模式,应用新兴技术提升病案管理质量和效率,已逐步成为医院管理工作的重要课题。本文通过分析传统病案管理的不足,介绍信息技术在智慧病案管理方面的应用,分析智慧病案建设的意义,并对互联网+在病案管理中的应用进行展望,供同行参考。Traditional paper medical record management in hospitals has long been a difficult problem in space management,resource consumption,vulnerability and loss.With the gradual application of advanced technologies such as Internet plus big data in the medical industry,how to change the traditional medical record management mode and improve the quality and efficiency of disease management by using emerging technologies has gradually become an important topic in hospital management.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of traditional medical records management,introduces the application of information technology in intelligent medical record management,analyzes the significance of building intelligent medical records,and forecasts the application of Internet plus in medical record management,so as to provide references for colleagues.
