摘 要:水热反应是一种集流动、传热、反应的强耦合过程,对该过程的认识亟待提高。因此,本次工作搭建了一套水热反应可视化系统,以备开展实验工作。该系统由连续式流动装置、可视化观测系统以及图像校正处理系统三部分组成。其中可视化段采用内径5 mm,长440 mm规格的石英管,搭配高速相机进行管内现象及流场观测。经实验测试发现,管内流动均为层流,测量误差保持在5%范围内。其次,在水热工况(5 MPa,100~200℃)下,测试结果表明,管内流体径向温度呈均匀分布,进出口轴向温度偏差在2℃,即在系统有效观测视野内流体温度呈均匀分布。最终,认为本次可视化系统能够满足5 MPa,200℃的水热实验条件,为实验精确测量提供了保障。Hydrothermal reaction is a strongly coupled process including flow,heat transfer,and reaction,and it is urgent to understand this process clearly.Therefore,in this work,a set of hydrothermal reaction visualization system was built to prepare for the experimental work.The system consists of three parts including continuous flow device,visual observation system and image correction processing system.First,a quartz tube with an inner diameter of 5 mm,and a length of 440 mm was employed as the visualization section,in which the experimental phenomenon and flow field was observed with a high-speed camera.Secondly,under hydrothermal conditions(5 MPa,100200℃),the experimental results showed that the fluid temperature in the radial direction of the tube was uniformly distributed,and the temperature deviation of the inlet and outlet in the axial direction of the tube was 2℃.In other words,in the effective observation field of the system,the fluid temperature could be regarded as uniformly distributed.In the end,it is believed that this visualization system can meet the hydrothermal experimental conditions of 5 MPa and 200℃,which provides a guarantee for the accurate measurement of the experiment.
