摘 要:铁路货车车钩在运用过程中,牵引台等承载部位常常由于受到纵向随机交变载荷的作用出现疲劳断裂,研究分析货车车钩的载荷谱可以为车钩的疲劳寿命评估和确定其维修周期提供基础数据。文章对1万t和2万t重载列车的货车车钩纵向力进行了仿真计算,并将计算结果同实测的1万t重载列车货车车钩载荷谱进行了对比分析,得到了更为准确的2万t重载列车的货车车钩载荷谱,以获得可用于车钩疲劳分析和疲劳台架试验的载荷谱。During the operation of coupler for railway freight cars,the fatigue fracture is often occurred in bearing parts such as traction plate due to the longitudinal random alternating load.Research and analysis of the load spectrum of coupler for freight cars can provide basic data for fatigue life assessment and determination of maintenance cycle of coupler.In this paper,the longitudinal force of coupler for 10000 t and 20000 t heavy haul train is simulated,and the calculated results are compared with the measured load spectrum of coupler for 10000 t heavy haul train to obtain more accurate load spectrum of coupler for 20000 t heavy haul train,so as to obtain the load spectrum which can be used for fatigue analysis and fatigue bench test of coupler.
