摘　　要：介绍了CRH3型动车组电热水器的机械结构组成和水路原理,探讨了该电热水器常见的电气故障、水路故障及原因。同时,结合电热水器常见水路故障,设计了一种方便拆装电热水器水龙头和水路管路接头的专用工装,通过试验验证,该专用工装的使用提高了作业效率,有利于修旧利废。Described are mechanical structure composition and waterway principle of electrical water boiler for type CRH3 multiple units,the common electrical faults,waterway faults of the electrical water boiler and their reasons are discussed.In the meantime,combined with common waterway faults of electrical water boiler,a dedicated tool which is convenient to disassemble and assemble the faucet and waterway pipe joints of electrical water boiler is designed.Via test verification,the use of dedicated tool improves operation efficiency,which is benefit to repair old equipment and make use of waste material.
