摘　　要：HIV感染者和艾滋病(AIDS)患者数量逐年递增,部分HIV感染者同时感染了结核分枝杆菌,两者互相影响,相互促进;HIV/AIDS合并肺结核常常无典型临床表现,病情进展迅速,结核分枝杆菌检出率、免疫学阳性率偏低,与普通肺结核的胸部影像学表现存在较大差异,HIV/TB双重感染者的治疗需重视抗病毒与抗结核药物的相互作用和配伍禁忌。近年来,随着医学检验技术和影像学检查手段的发展,临床上对双重感染认识水平逐步提高,通过早诊断和早治疗提高了生存率。本文从HIV/AIDS合并肺结核的流行病学资料、临床特征、胸部影像学特征、诊断以及治疗等方面的相关进展情况进行综述。The patients with HIV infection and AIDS(AIDS)are increased year by year,if AIDS patients are coinfected by mycobacterium tuberculosis,the two pathogens can affect and promote each other;The patients with HIV/AIDS infection combined with pulmonary tuberculosis often have no typical clinical manifestations,with quick progress of disease condition.The detection rate of mycobacterium tuberculosis and the positive rate of immunology are relatively lower.There is a great difference between the chest imaging manifestations of tuberculosis and that of common tuberculosis.The treatment of HIV/TB in patients with dual infection should be paid much attention to the interaction between antiviral and anti-TB drugs and the incompatibility.In recent years,with the development of medical examination methods and imaging examination techniques,the clinical cognitive levels for double infection have been gradually improved,so as to improve the survival rate through early diagnosis and early treatment.This article reviews the research progress on the epidemiological data,clinical features,chest imaging features,diagnosis and treatment of HIV/AIDS complicated by pulmonary tuberculosis.
