摘　　要：投保中欧班列国际货运险,可以有效转移运输风险、补偿经济损失、减少货损纠纷,促进运输安全。在简述中欧班列运输概况、中欧班列保险及理赔服务概况的基础上,对运输风险来源、保险理赔问题进行分析,提出拟定合适的保险方案、出险后及时报案、合理制定理赔单证、深化与检验代理人的合作关系、推动信息技术的建设应用等中欧班列国际货运险理赔对策建议,以提升客户服务体验,发挥货运保险的功能作用,保障中欧班列高质量发展。Insuring goods with the international cargo transportation insurance related to China Railway(CR)Express can transfer transportation risk,compensate for economic losses,reduce cargo damage disputes,and improve transportation safety.This paper studied the current situation of transportation,insurance,and claims service for CR Express to analyze the problems of CR Express insurance claims from the perspective of transportation risk resources.On this basis,suggestions were made,including launching suitable insurance projects,reporting the case in time after the accident,designing a reasonable list of claim documents,promoting the partnership between insurance companies and surveying agents,and advancing CR Express information construction.Therefore,the high-quality development of CR Express can be assured by the promotion of customer experience and cargo insurance service.
