摘  要:对系统各元件进行动态分析,采用状态方程法建立复合节流调速回路数学模型。基于龙格-库塔法原理对回路特性进行数值计算与分析,并基于AMESim建立复合节流调速回路的仿真模型。获得进出口节流阀的面积比、液压缸外负载等参数对液压缸运动速度、进口及出口压力的影响规律。仿真所得结果与MATLAB数值计算结果一致。在不同外负载的情况下进行实验,验证了该回路中液压缸具有较好的速度刚度及稳定性。研究结果为复合节流调速液压系统的设计、优化提供了参考。The dynamic analysis of each component of the system was carried out,and the mathematical model of the compound throttle speed control loop was established by using the state equation method.Based on Runge-Kutta principle,the loop characteristics were numerically calculated and analyzed,and the simulation model of the compound throttle speed control loop was established based on AMESim.The influence law of the area ratio of the inlet and outlet throttle valves,the external load on the hydraulic cylinder move⁃ment speed,the inlet and outlet pressure were obtained.The simulation results were consistent with MATLAB numerical calculation re⁃sults.Experiments were carried out under different external loads.It is concluded that the hydraulic cylinder in the loop has good speed stiffness and stability.The research results provide reference for the design and optimization of the compound throttle speed control hy⁃draulic system.
