摘  要:针对内蒙古某含银铜铅锌多金属硫化矿石性质,开展了选矿试验研究。结果表明:采用部分混合浮选流程及适宜工艺条件,闭路试验可获得较好指标,铜精矿铜品位20.21%、铜回收率68.74%,含银11772.06 g/t、银回收率29.23%;铅精矿铅品位58.64%、铅回收率90.38%,含银2448.30 g/t、银回收率57.38%;锌精矿锌品位57.33%、锌回收率86.10%,含银164.00 g/t、银回收率3.22%;银总回收率89.83%,铜、铅、锌和银均得到有效综合回收。According to the ore properties of a silver-bearing copper-lead-zinc polymetallic sulfide ore in Inner Mongolia,experimental research was carried out.The results show that with the partially bulk flotation process and suitable process conditions,the closed-circuit test can obtain good index:copper grade for copper concentrate 20.21%,copper recovery rate 68.74%,silver grade 11772.06 g/t,silver recovery rate 29.23%;lead grade for lead concentrate 58.64%,lead recovery rate 90.38%,silver grade 2448.30 g/t,silver recovery rate 57.38%;zinc grade for zinc concentrate 57.33%,zinc recovery rate 86.10%,silver grade 164.00 g/t,silver recovery rate 3.22%;the total recovery rate of silver is 89.83%,and copper,lead,zinc and silver are all effectively recovered.
