摘  要:某含金原生矿石直接氰化浸出金浸出率很低,仅为2.68%。针对矿石性质,进行了沸腾焙烧工艺研究。结果表明:在沸腾焙烧温度600℃、物料停留时间1.0~1.5 h、气料比1.10 m 3/kg(工况)、空气气氛条件下,获得的烟尘产率为7.10%,焙砂产率为90.80%,总产率为97.90%,铁、硫、碳氧化率分别为95.14%、96.08%、74.88%;混合砂(烟尘与溢流焙砂混合)氰化浸出金浸出率为83.12%。试验获得的沸腾焙烧工艺参数可为工业应用提供指导。The gold leaching rate of direct cyanide leaching of a gold-bearing primary ore is low at only 2.68%.According to the ore property,study of boiling roasting process is carried out.The results show that under the conditions that the boiling roasting temperature is 600℃,streams stay for 1.0-1.5 h and gas-solid ratio is 1.10 m 3/kg(working situation)in air atmosphere,the fume productivity is 7.10%,roasting slag productivity is 90.80%,total productivity is 97.90%,the oxidization rates for iron,sulfur and carbon are 95.14%,96.08%and 74.88%respectively;the cyanide leaching rate of gold from mixed slags(fume and roasting slags mixed)is 83.12%.The parameters of the boiling roasting process obtained in the test can provide guidance for industrial application.
