领悟社会支持在妇科恶性肿瘤患者自我接纳与平静心境之间中介及调节效应

摘　　要：目的分析妇科恶性肿瘤患者领悟社会支持、自我接纳与平静心境之间的相关性。方法于2018年6月-2019年6月选取某妇产专科医院收治的手术治疗妇科恶性肿瘤患者226例作为调查对象,调查其领悟社会支持、自我接纳与平静心境水平,采用Pearson相关性分析探讨领悟社会支持、自我接纳与平静心境之间的关系,构建结构方程模型验证领悟社会支持在自我接纳与平静心境之间的调节和中介效应。结果调查共发放问卷226份,得到有效问卷209份。妇科恶性肿瘤患者领悟社会支持平均得分为(52.45±10.38)分;平静心境得分为(13.11±2.42)分;自我接纳得分为(24.44±6.85)分。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,妇科恶性肿瘤患者自我接纳与平静心境呈显著正相关(P<0.01),领悟社会支持在自我接纳与平静心境之间存在中介值为0.18(24.66%)。领悟社会支持在自我接纳与平静心境之间存在调节效应,在低领悟社会支持情况下,自我接纳对平静心境的预测斜率差异有统计学意义(β=0.332,P<0.001),Johnson-Neyman技术分析探明领悟社会支持的调节效应边界值为41.92。结论妇科恶性肿瘤患者领悟社会支持能力能帮助其自我接纳患癌的现状,增强自我接纳对平静心境有正向促进作用。Objective To analyze the correlation between perceived social support,self-acceptance and inner peace state mood in patients with gynecological malignant tumors.Methods 226 patients with gynecological malignant tumors who were treated surgically in our hospital were selected as subjects to investigate their level of perceived social support,self-acceptance and inner peace state from June 2018 to June 2019.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship among perceived social support,self-acceptance and inner peace state.Structural equation model was used to verify the moderating and mediating effect of perceived social support between self-acceptance and inner peace state.Results A total of 226 questionnaires were sent out and 209 valid questionnaires were obtained.The score of perceived social support was 52.45±10.38,the score of inner peace state was 13.11±2.42,the score of self-acceptance was 24.44±6.85 in patients with gynecological malignant tumors.Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between self-acceptance and inner peace state in patients with gynecological malignant tumors(P<0.01).Understanding the mediating effect of social support on self-accep-tance and inner peace state was 0.18,accounting for 24.66%of the total effect.Under the condition of low perceived social support,the predictive slope of self-acceptance on inner peace state had statistical significance(β=0.332,P<0.001).Johnson-Neyman technical analysis showed that the boundary value of the moderating effect of perceived social support was 41.92.Conclusion The perceived social support ability of gynecological cancer patients can help them to accept the status quo of cancer,reverse their negative emotions,and enhance their self-acceptance,which has a positive effect on calming their inner peace.
