摘　　要：目的分析国内外加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)相关文献,了解ERAS发展趋势及国内外发展差距,为后期研究提供参考。方法以2005-2019年CNKI数据库中726篇中文ERAS相关文献和Web of Science数据库中2000篇外文ERAS相关文献为分析对象,应用SPSS和VOS Viewer软件对文献年发表时间、发表量、期刊来源、研究机构分布、作者、关键词等项目进行统计和可视化分析。结果中外文文献数量整体均呈上升趋势,中文文献数量前期较少,但从2015年开始数量激增;中文核心期刊有7种,外文核心期刊有20种;以美、德、英、丹、荷、加为首的西方国家在ERAS领域发展早,发文量多、被引频次高,中国发文量排名靠前,但篇平均被引频次落后;中文文献合作度3.38,外文文献合作度4.06;外国研究机构间合作多,中国研究机构较为独立;研究内容集中于结直肠癌、胃癌、肝切除等腹腔手术,以及膝关节置换、髋关节置换等骨科手术。结论ERAS已引起国内外医学专家的广泛关注,中国ERAS领域起步晚,发展后劲足,但在文章质量、研究深度以及研究机构间合作等方面还需努力。Objective To analyze articles of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in recent 15 years,so as to understand the trend of ERAS and gap at home and abroad,and to provide reference for later research.Methods A total of 726 Chinese articles from CNKI database and 2000 foreign articles from Web of Science database were analyzed.SPSS and VOSViewer software were used to analyze the time,volume,journal sources,authors,keywords of publications,distribution of researching institutions,and so on.Results The number of article increased wholly and especially the number of Chinese article increased sharply since 2015.There were 7 Chinese core journals and 20 fo-reign core periodicals.Western countries owned a large number of articles and a high frequency of citations,and the number of Chinese articles made up a large part,but not the average citation frequency.The cooperation degree in Chinese article was 3.38 and that in foreign article was 4.06.Compared to Chinese institute,there was more cooperation among foreign research institutions.The research focused on laparoscopy surgery such as colorectal cancer,gastric cancer and hepatectomy,as well as orthopedic surgery such as knee arthroplasty and hip arthroplasty.ConclusionERAS has attracted wide attention of medical experts at home and abroad.ERAS developed late but rapidly in China.Efforts need to be made in article quality,research depth and cooperation among research institutions.
