摘  要:文章提出一种应用于输变电设备高电位监测节点的激光供电系统中,供能侧可靠性参数的初始化配置方案。供电系统中位于低压侧的大功率激光器对高压侧光电池进行供能,而光电池的使用时间、环境的不同,会导致其性能退化,具体表现为开路电压、短路电流以及转换效率等参数的差异。光电池的即时状态决定大功率激光器初始化工作参数的设计,进而影响整个激光供电系统的可靠性。考虑在实际运行中,高压侧传感设备常处于深度休眠的状态,方案设计了无线唤醒功能,使得处于深度休眠状态中的高压侧传感设备能够即时回传相关光电池信息至低压侧网关设备,以便合理配置大功率激光器工作参数,保证激光供电环境的可靠运行。In this paper,an initialization configuration scheme of reliability parameters for power supply side of laser power supply system applied to high potential monitoring node of power transmission and transformation equipment is proposed.In the power supply system,the high-power laser located in the low-voltage side supplies energy to the high-voltage side photocell.The different service time and environment of the photocell will lead to the degradation of its performance,which is embodied in the differences of open circuit voltage,short-circuit current,conversion efficiency and other parameters.The real-time state of photocell determines the design of initialization parameters of high-power laser,and then affects the reliability of the whole laser power supply system.Considering that in the actual operation,the high-voltage side sensor equipment is often in the deep sleep state,the scheme designs the wireless wake-up function,so that the high-voltage side sensor equipment in the deep sleep state can immediately return the relevant photocell information to the low-voltage side gateway equipment,so as to reasonably configure the working parameters of high-power laser and ensure the reliable operation of the laser power supply environment.
