摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师参与药源性锥体外系反应(EPS)患者的药学监护切入点。方法临床药师参与新型抗抑郁药、质子泵抑制剂和钙离子拮抗剂等不同药物引起的EPS患者的诊疗过程,协助临床识别药物不良反应,分析发生EPS的危险因素,提出合理的用药建议。结果临床药师参与药源性EPS患者的临床治疗实践,为患者提供安全有效的治疗方案,避免严重EPS的发生,保障患者用药安全,提高了临床合理用药水平。结论临床使用可能引起EPS的药物时,应先评估患者个体化因素,对高风险人群密切监护,避免重复选用可诱发EPS或具有相互作用的药物,同时加强对患者的用药宣教,警惕长期用药风险,临床药师对EPS的药学实践为临床药源性EPS的预防、识别和处理提供了参考。Objective To explore the entry point for clinical pharmacists to participate in the pharmaceutical monitoring of the patients with drug-induced extra pyramidal symptoms(EPS).Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment process of patients with extra pyramidal symptoms caused by different drugs,such as new antidepressants,proton pump inhibitors and calcium antagonists,assisted in clinical identification of adverse reactions,analyzed risk factors for extra pyramidal symptoms,and proposed suggestions on rational drug use.Results Clinical pharmacists participated in the clinical treatment practice of drug-induced EPS patients,providing safe and effective treatment for patients,avoiding the occurrence of severe ESP,ensuring the safety of medication for patients,and improving the level of clinical rational drug use.Conclusion When using drugs that may cause EPS,individualized factors of patients should be evaluated first,high-risk populations should be closely monitored,and the repeated selection of drugs that can induce EPS or interactions should be avoided.At the same time,we should strengthen the education of patients on medication and be alert to long-term medication risks.Clinical pharmacists′pharmaceutical practice on ESP provides a reference for the prevention,identification and treatment of drug-induced EPS.
