摘　　要：阿戈美拉汀是一种新型的抗抑郁药物,除可以改善患者的精神状态外,还可以改善患者的睡眠质量。1例抑郁伴失眠状态的老年患者,服用阿戈美拉汀3 d后,出现谵妄、幻觉,请药剂科、神经内科、心身科会诊排除其他原发疾病后,考虑与阿戈美拉汀药物不良反应有关,停用阿戈美拉汀后,患者谵妄、幻觉逐渐缓解消退,现有证据支持患者谵妄、幻觉与阿戈美拉汀高度相关。Agomelatine is a new type of antidepressant, which can not only improve the patient′s mental state, but also improve the patient′s sleep quality.One elderly patient with depression and insomnia was treated with agomelatine.After 3 days of taking agomelatine, the patient developed delirium and hallucinations.After consulting the pharmacy, neurology and psychosomatic departments, other primary diseases were excluded.It is considered to be the adverse drug reaction of agomelatine.After the withdrawal of agomelatine, the patient′s delirium and hallucinations gradually disappared.Existing evidence supports that the patient′s delirium and hallucinations are highly correlated with agomelatine.
