摘　　要：目的探讨自动化腹膜透析在腹膜透析患者中的疗效观察及对血清尿酸、炎性因子的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2020年6月自动化腹膜透析患者40例,信封抽签法分为2组,各20例。持续组给予持续循环式腹膜透析,潮式组采用潮式腹膜透析治疗,6个月治疗后评估患者效果,比较2组肾功能、血清炎性因子、血清尿酸及并发症。结果潮式组治疗6个月后尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)、血清尿酸(UA)、白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8、C反应蛋白(CRP)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平低于持续组(P<0.05);2组自动化腹膜透析期间低蛋白血症、白细胞减少及感染发生率差异均无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论自动化腹膜透析用于腹膜透析患者中能获得良好的效果,且潮式腹膜透析更有助于改善患者肾功能,能降低血清炎性因子及尿酸。Objective To investigate the effect of automated peritoneal dialysis on the levels of serum uric acid and inflammatory factors in peritoneal dialytic patients.Methods A total of 40 patients with automated peritoneal dialysis from October 2018 to June 2020 were divided into continuous group(n=20)and tidal group(n=20)by envelope drawing method.Patients in continuous were given continuous peritoneal dialysis,and the cases in the tidal group were treated with tidal peritoneal dialysis.The renal function,serum inflammatory factors,serum uric acid,and complications of the patients in two different group were compared after six months of treatment.Results After treatment,the blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),uric acid(UA),interleukin(IL)-6,IL-8,C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αlevels in the tidal group were lower than those in the continuous group(P<0.05).The difference of occurrence rate of hypoproteinemia,leukopenia,and infection during automated peritoneal dialysis between both groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Automatic peritoneal dialysis can achieve good results in peritoneal dialytic patients,and tidal peritoneal dialysis is more helpful to improve renal function by reducing serum inflammatory factors and uric acid.
