摘　　要：在民乐县北部戈壁荒滩,甘肃华瑞农业股份有限公司种植的苜蓿地中,近年陆续出现死株空斑,补播补栽均无效。通过实地调查,结合文献分析认为,华瑞农业公司苜蓿地死株空斑及补种失败的原因是自毒作用,通过轮作倒茬、品种选择、施用有机肥和收割后及时充分灌溉等措施可以消除或缓解自毒作用。In Gobi wasteland in the north of Minle county,Medicago sativa fields planted by Gansu Huarui Agriculture Co.,Ltd.have appeared dead plant plaque in succession in recent years,replanting or reseeding were ineffective.Through field investigation and literature analysis,it is concluded that the cause of dead Medicago sativa spot and failure of replanting in Huarui Agricultural Company is autotoxicity,which can be eliminated or mitigated by crop rotation,variety selection,application of organic fertilizer and timely and adequate irrigation after harvest.
