摘 要:以雄性昆明小鼠为研究对象,将28只小鼠随机分为饲喂胡萝卜组,正常饲料组和饲喂胡萝卜与饲料组,处理时间为15 d.结果发现,实验处理12 d、15 d后,饲喂胡萝卜组小鼠体重和脂肪含量明显低于其他两个组.饲喂胡萝卜组小鼠胸腺和脾脏的鲜重显著低于另外两组;然而3组之间白细胞总数无明显差异.饲喂胡萝卜组小鼠注射植物血球凝集素(Phytohaemagglutinin,PHA)后6 h PHA反应显著高于其他两组,表明喂食胡萝卜能够有效提高小鼠免疫功能.总之,喂食胡萝卜对小鼠不同免疫成分有不同的影响,喂食胡萝卜可提高小鼠的细胞免疫功能,但对白细胞数目无显著性影响.28 male Kunming mice were randomly divided into the feeding carrot group(Carrot group, n=10),normal feed group(Food group, n=10) and feeding carrot and feed group(Carrot-Food group, n=8) for 15 days.It was found that after 12 days and 15 days of experimental treatment, the body weight and fat content of the mice fed carrot group was significantly lower than that of the other two groups.The fresh weight of thymus and spleen was significantly lower in the mice fed carrot group than in the other two groups;The 6 h PHA response was significantly higher after the injection of plant hemoglobin(Phytohaemagglutin, PHA) in mice fed carrot group, which indicate that feeding carrots was effective in improving immune function in mice.In short, feeding carrots had different effects on different immune components in mice, and feeding carrots improved cellular immune function in mice, but had no significant effect on the number of white blood cells.
