摘  要:通过熔融共混和热压硫化将甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝聚烯烃弹性体(POE-g-GMA)引入乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)/无卤复合阻燃剂(FRC)复合材料中,其中FRC含量为44%(w)。利用SEM和流变仪研究了POE-g-GMA对高含量FRC在EVA基体中的分散状态以及对复合材料流变行为的影响,应用DSC、万能试验机和极限氧指数测定仪表征了复合材料的结晶行为及拉伸、耐油和阻燃性能。实验结果表明,POE-g-GMA的引入可明显提高FRC在EVA基体中的分散相容性,同时提高了复合材料的拉伸和耐油性能,复合材料的极限氧指数稳定在约39%。POE-g-GMA促进了FRC在EVA基体中的分散,提高了FRC粒子和EVA之间的界面结合力,有助于复合材料中物理和化学交联网络的形成,使得复合材料的综合性能得到提高。Macromolecular compatibilizer glycidyl methacrylate grafted polyolefin elastomer(POEg-GMA)was introduced into ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)/halogen-free flame retardant composites(FRC)with a FRC content of 44%(w)via melt blending and hot press vulcanization.The effect of POE-g-GMA on the dispersion of high content FRC in EVA matrix and the rheological behavior of the composites were studied by SEM and rheometer,respectively.In addition,DSC,universal testing machine and limiting oxygen index(LOI)tester were used to characterize the crystallization behavior,mechanical properties,oil resistance and flame retardancy of the composites.The results showed that the introduction of POE-g-GMA can significantly improve the dispersion compatibility of FRC in the EVA matrix and at the same time improve the mechanical properties and oil resistance of the composites.The LOI of the composites was stable at about 39%.POE-g-GMA enhanced the dispersion of FRC in the EVA matrix,improved the interfacial bonding force between FRC particles and EVA,contributed to the formation of physical and chemical crosslinking network in the composites,and hence improved the comprehensive performance of the composites.
