摘 要:采用A/O+混凝沉淀工艺对某石化企业ABS树脂生产废水进行处理,考察了溶解氧(DO)含量对工艺去除氨氮和总氮(TN)效果的影响,分析了A/O系统、混凝沉淀工艺以及二者的组合工艺对废水中COD、氨氮,TN,总磷等的处理效果。实验结果表明,DO含量的变化直接影响AO系统的脱氮效果,当DO的含量为0.6~0.8 mg/L时,氨氮和TN去除效果最佳。经过A/O+混凝沉淀工艺处理后,出水COD含量低于50 mg/L、氨氮含量低于5.0 mg/L、TN含量低于15 mg/L、总磷含量低于0.5mg/L、悬浮物含量低于20 mg/L,均满足排放标准。The wastewater from ABS resin production in a petrochemical enterprise was treated by the A/O+coagulation sedimentation process.The effect of dissolved oxygen(DO)content on removal of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen(TN)was investigated,and the treatment effects of COD,ammonia nitrogen,TN and total phosphorus(TP)in the A/O section,the coagulation sedimentation section and the combined process were analyzed.The experimental results show that the change of DO content directly affects the denitrification effect of the AO system.When the DO content is 0.6-0.8 mg/L,the removal effect of ammonia nitrogen and TN is the best.After the A/O+coagulation sedimentation process,the content of COD,ammonia nitrogen,TN,TP and suspenden solids of the effluent is less than 50,5.0,15,0.5,20 mg/L,respectively,which meets the emission standards.
