摘  要:通过研究聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)在油藏环境下水解度变化及其对淀粉-碘化镉检测方法的影响,对传统的淀粉-碘化镉法测定HPAM进行改进,并将改进后的方法与超滤浓缩薄膜干燥法进行比较。实验结果表明,传统的淀粉-碘化镉法测得的HPAM浓度比实际值明显偏低,而改进后的淀粉-碘化镉法与超滤浓缩薄膜干燥法测定的结果有很好的一致性,可以较准确地测定油井产出液中HPAM的浓度,解决了目前油田现场测定HPAM浓度偏低的问题。The traditional starch-cadmium iodide method was improved by studying the variation of hydrolysis degree of polyacrylamide in reservoir environment and the influence on the starch-cadmium iodide method,and then got compared with the ultrafiltration concentrated film drying method.The results show that the value of HPAM content obtained by traditional starch-cadmium iodide method was obviously lower than the actual value.On the contrary,the determination result of the improved starch-cadmium iodide method was in good agreement with the ultrafiltration concentrated film drying method,which could accurately determine the HPAM content in the well-produced fluid and solve the problem of the field measurement value of HPAM content is generally lower than the actual value.
