摘 要:阐述了溶剂、初始原料、模板剂类型、研磨方式及加热方式等磷酸铝分子筛的合成要素,并探讨了各要素的调变对分子筛合成的影响。初始原料和模板剂类型的选择对合成分子筛的骨架结构类型起决定性作用,而溶剂、研磨方式和加热方式的选择对分子筛合成实际工业化应用、安全环保方面会产生很大的影响。通过不同要素的组合可优化分子筛的合成工艺,从而降低制备成本,实现绿色环保化工,为磷酸铝分子筛的设计、研发、绿色合成提供参考依据。The elements of synthesis aluminophosphate molecular sieves were analyzed,which including of initial raw material,solvent,type of template-agent,the way of grinding and heating,as well as the influence of various factors on the synthesis of molecular sieves was discussed in detail.It is proposed that the choice of initial raw material and template-agent plays a decisive role in the type of molecular sieves framework structure,while the amount of solvent involved and the path of heating and grinding produce great effect on actual industrial application and safe environmental protection of molecular sieves synthesis.Based on the above analysis,the synthesis process of molecular sieves can be optimized through the combination of different elements to reduce the production cost and realize green environmentl protection chemical engineering,which provides a reference for the design,development and green synthesis of aluminophosphate molecular sieves.
