副产物聚乙烯蜡的精制方法及其应用进展

摘　　要：副产物聚乙烯蜡主要来自淤浆聚合高密度聚乙烯工艺,具有熔点较低、熔程宽、纯度低以及分子量分布宽等特点,直接使用存在应用范围窄、售价低、产品效益差等缺点,通常需要精制处理后才能进一步应用。介绍了聚乙烯蜡的分类,综述了副产物聚乙烯蜡的精制方法及其应用进展,并对副产物聚乙烯蜡的应用技术发展提出了展望。By-product polyethylene wax was mainly produced by slurry polymerization process of high-density polyethylene,which has the characteristics of low melting point,wide melting range,low purity and wide molecular weight distribution.It also has some disadvantages,such as narrow application range,low price,poor product benefit and so on while using it directly,which results in a refining process being quite necessary for its further application.The classification of polyethylene wax was introduced.The refining methods of by-product polyethylene wax and its application progress were reviewed.The application technology development of by-product polyethylene wax was further prospected.
