摘　　要：秦皇岛海洋文化是在秦皇岛海港的历史变迁中形成和发展的,秦皇岛港是秦皇岛海洋文化的集中体现。秦皇岛地域的主要文化形态,如秦文化、孤竹文化和长城文化等,都具有海洋文化的特点。秦皇岛市可以秦皇岛港为核心整合文化资源,发展海洋文化旅游。Qinhuangdao marine culture is formed and developed in the historical changes of Qinhuangdao harbor.Qinhuangdao port is the concentrated embodiment of Qinhuangdao marine culture.The main cultural forms in Qinhuangdao,such as Qin culture,solitary bamboo culture and the Great Wall culture,all have the characteristics of Marine culture.Qinhuangdao city can take Qinhuangdao port as the core to integrate cultural resources and develop marine cultural tourism.
