摘 要:针对移相器带宽受限的问题,设计了一种用于拓展移相器工作带宽的改进型全通网络版图。在传统全通网络版图的基础上引入一个用于调谐全通网络(All-pass Network,APN)中两个电感之间互耦系数的电容,该电容可以作为一个自由设计量,因此该结构可以提升全通网络的设计灵活度。为了验证该设计思路,仿真、加工并测试了两个工作于0.3~2 GHz的GaAs超宽带移相器。测试结果表明,在0.3~2 GHz范围内,两个移相器的移相误差小于4.2%,回波损耗大于14.8 dB。与报道的类似移相器相比,所设计的移相器具有良好的回波损耗、大移相度、宽工作带宽和较低的移相误差等优良特性。In order to solve the problem of the limited operating bandwidth of phase shifter,a modified layout for all-pass network(APN)is proposed.This structure is also beneficial to improve the design flexibility of the design process since a cross coupled capacitor which functions as a free design parameter is introduced to tune the mutual coupling between the two inductors.For verification,two GaAs phase shifters operating at 0.3~2 GHz are simulated,fabricated and measured.Experimental results show that the root mean square(RMS)phase error is less than 4.2%of the target phase shift,and the return loss is better than 14.8 dB ranging from 0.3 to 2 GHz.Compared with the reported similar phase shifters,the presented circuit shows merits of better return loss,larger phase shift,wider operating bandwidth and less phase error.
