摘　　要：大型机械设备的润滑油站对机组的安全运行起着至关重要的作用。通过对一起由COOPER空压机油系统中一个止回阀引发的故障进行原因分析和处理,对处理过程进行认真反思,从设备的故障处理和进口设备零部件寿命周期管理方面提出了管理建议。The lubricating oil station of large mechanical equipment plays an important role in safe operation of the unit.Through cause analysis and treatment of a fault caused by a check valve in the oil system of Cooper air compressor,the treatment process is seri⁃ously reflected,and management suggestions are put forward from the aspects of equipment fault treatment and life cycle management of imported equipment parts.
