摘　　要：目的:分析外周血MMP-9和sFlt-1水平对子宫内膜异位症患者月经周期的影响。方法:将2017年3月至2020年3月我院妇科收治的113例子宫内膜异位症患者纳入本研究,另选同期到我院体检的62例健康女性作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测外周血MMP-9和sFlt-1水平,比较两组不同月经周期外周血MMP-9和sFlt-1水平变化、不同R-AFS分期子宫内膜异位症患者外周血MMP-9和sFlt-1水平变化,以及外周血MMP-9和sFlt-1水平与R-AFS分期及月经周期的相关性。结果:子宫内膜异位症组患者增生期、分泌期外周血MMP-9水平明显高于对照组,外周血sFlt-1水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但子宫内膜异位症组和对照组各自增生期与分泌期间外周血MMP-9和sFlt-1水平无明显变化,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。子宫内膜异位症患者外周血MMP-9水平随着R-AFS分期的升高而升高,外周血sFlt-1水平随着R-AFS分期的升高而降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。子宫内膜异位症患者外周血MMP-9水平与sFlt-1水平呈负相关(P<0.05),外周血MMP-9水平与R-AFS分期呈正相关(P<0.05),外周血sFlt-1水平与R-AFS分期呈负相关(P<0.05),但外周血MMP-9与sFlt-1水平与月经周期无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:子宫内膜异位症患者外周血MMP-9水平显著升高、sFlt-1水平显著降低,二者与患者病情进展有明显关系,但与患者月经周期无明显关系。Objective:To analyze the influence of MMP-9 and sFlt-1 on menstrual cycle in patients with endometriosis.Methods:113 patients with endometriosis admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were included in this study.Another 62 healthy women who came to our hospital for physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of MMP-9 and sFlt-1 in peripheral blood were detected by ELISA.The levels of MMP-9 and sFlt-1 in peripheral blood of patients with different menstrual cycles,different R-AFS stages and endometriosis were compared between the two groups,and the correlation between the levels of MMP-9 and sFlt-1 in peripheral blood and R-AFS stages and menstrual cycle was analyzed.Results:The levels of MMP-9 and sFlt-1 in peripheral blood of endometriosis group were significantly higher than those of control group in proliferative phase and secretory phase,and the levels of sFlt-1 in peripheral blood of endometriosis group were significantly lower than those of control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but the levels of MMP-9 and sFlt-1 in peripheral blood of endometriosis group and control group had no significant changes in proliferative phase and secretory phase,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The level of MMP-9 in peripheral blood of patients with endometriosis increased with the increase of R-AFS stage,and the level of sFlt-1 in peripheral blood decreased with the increase of R-AFS stage(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between MMP-9 and sFlt-1(P<0.05),a positive correlation between MMP-9 and R-AFS stage(P<0.05),and a negative correlation between sFlt-1 and R-AFS stage(P<0.05),but there was no correlation between MMP-9 and sFlt-1 and menstrual cycle(P>0.05).Conclusion:The levels of MMP-9 and sFlt-1 in peripheral blood of patients with endometriosis are significantly higher than those of patients with endometriosis.The levels of MMP-9 and sFlt-1 are significantly correlated with the progress of endomet
