摘　　要：公职律师制度是海事法制体系的重要组成部分,在海事系统推行这一制度的过程中,必然经历一个由起步到成熟、由粗放到精细、由分散到体系的过程。通过分析海事系统公职律师制度的现状,指出现阶段存在的问题并提出合理化建议。The system of public lawyer is an important part of the maritime legal system.In the process of promoting the public office system in the maritime administrative system,it is inevitable to go through a process from the beginning to maturity,from extensiveness to refinement,and from fragment to system.This paper analyzes the status quo of the public lawyer system in the maritime administrative system,analyzes the problems at the present stage,and attempts to put forward suggestions for the comprehensive establishment of a mature public lawyer system.
