摘　　要：港口污染物接收能力建设是长江经济带船舶和港口污染突出问题整治中的重要一环。通过调查长江干线武汉段船舶污染物转岸的现状,研究分析港口企业接收、处置船舶污染物的各个环节中存在的问题,并结合工作实际提出具有可行性的对策建议。The capacity building for the port reception of pollutants is a crucial link in the regulation of the prominent problems with ship and port pollution along the economic belt of the Yangtze River.Based on an investigation into the existing conditions with the shore transfer of ship pollutants in the Wuhan Section of the Yangtze River,the paper studies the problems with the various links in the reception and disposal of ship pollutants by port enterprises and puts forward feasible suggestions and countermeasures in view of work practice.
