摘 要:文章介绍了计量检测行业数字化方向的可行性研究方法,该方法以国家检定规程等计量技术规范为依据,对应编写计算机程序,制作成针对不同类型计量检测设备的集成系统,可实现计量检测数据的自动采集、误差自动判断、原始记录和检测报告自动生成等功能,以克服目前人工检测存在的诸多缺陷与不足,提高检测效率,降低检测差错率,保证检测准确性和可靠性,提高计量检测产品数据的测量和溯源能力,助推计量检测行业数字化方向的发展。This paper introduces the feasibility study method of digital direction in measurement and detection industry.This method is based on national verification regulations and other measurement technical specifications,and corresponding computer programs are compiled to make an integrated system for different types of measurement and detection equipment.It can realize the functions of automatic collection of measurement and detection data,automatic error judgment,automatic generation of original records and detection reports,In order to overcome the defects and deficiencies of manual detection,improve the detection efficiency,reduce the detection error rate,ensure the accuracy and reliability of detection,improve the measurement and traceability ability of measurement and detection product data,and boost the development of digital direction of measurement and detection industry.
