摘  要:永磁同步电机广泛应用于电梯用曳引机,结合电梯用永磁同步曳引机使用工况,设计一台永磁同步曳引机的结构参数,构建永磁同步曳引机的二维有限元模型,给出对正常和局部均匀失磁状态下的电机磁通密度、磁链等参数曲线和输出转矩的对比变化情况。通过仿真分析曳引机在永磁体部分失磁后的输出表现,结合变频器的输入端电流和电压的变化,为电梯用永磁同步曳引机的失磁故障的判断提供参考。Permanent magnet synchronous motors are more and more widely used in elevator traction machines.Based on the working conditions of permanent magnet synchronous traction machines for elevators,the structural parameters of the permanent magnet synchronous traction machine are designed,a two-dimensional finite element model of permanent magnet synchronous traction machine is constructed.Changes in motor magnetic flux density and the flux linkage and the output torque at the same input current in a locally uniform demagnetization state are given.Through simulation analysis of the output performance of the traction machine after the permanent magnet part demagnetized,it provides a reference for the failure diagnosis of permanent magnet synchronous traction machines for elevators combining with the changes of the current and voltage of the input end of the inverter.
