摘 要:舞台机械的同步是舞台设备的关键控制技术,同步精度指标是舞台设备的重要技术指标。针对目前舞台机械运行位置、速度同步性等尚无高精度检测方法的现状,本研究提出了采用相位式激光技术的舞台机械同步检测方法,研发了舞台机械同步检测系统。该系统非接触直接测量舞台机械运动位移和速度,具有测量准确、操作便捷、携带方便、可靠性高的特点,较好地解决了舞台机械设备的同步性检测问题。The synchronization of stage machinery is the key control technology for stage equipments and the synchronization accuracy index is an important technical indicator for stage equipment.In view of the current situation that there are no high-precision detection methods for stage machinery operating position,speed synchronization,etc.,In this study,a synchronous detection method of stage machinery using phase laser technology was proposed,and a stage machinery synchronous detection system was developed.This system directly measures the displacement and speed of stage machinery movements without contact,and has the characteristics of accurate measurement,convenient operation,convenient portability and high reliability,which solves the problem of synchronization detection of stage machinery.
