新时代提高“政治三力”的路径探析

摘　　要：政治判断力、政治领悟力和政治执行力是习近平总书记对新时代党员领导干部政治能力的新要求。提高"政治三力"是加强党自我建设的必然要求,有利于中国共产党永葆朝气,走好新征程第一步;有利于统一方向,凝聚攻坚克难的最强合力;有利于提高长期执政能力,实现伟大使命;有利于推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。为了切实提高"政治三力",开创工作新格局,就必须始终坚定理想信念,保持政治底色;加强理论学习,在学深悟透上下功夫;胸怀大局,脚踏实地抓落实。Political judgement,political apprehension,and political execution are the new requirements of General Secretary Xi Jinping's political ability for leading cadres in the new era.Improving the"three political forces"is an inevitable requirement for strengthening the Party's self-construction,which is conducive to the CPC's eternal vitality and taking the first step of the new journey;it is conducive to unifying the direction and condensing the strongest joint force to overcome difficulties;it is conducive to improving the long-term ruling ability and realizing the great mission;it is conducive to promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.In order to effectively improve the"three political forces"and create a new pattern of work,we must always strengthen our ideals and beliefs and maintain the political background;strengthen theoretical study and make great efforts in deep understanding;keep the overall situation in mind and focus on implementation in a down-to-earth manner.
