田径投掷项目中左侧支撑技术研究

摘　　要：当前在物质生活水平不断提升的背景下,人们对精神享受的追求开始增加,田径项目运动受到广泛的关注和重视,为人们营造了较为良好的精神文明世界。但是目前在田径投掷项目中还存在左侧支撑技术方面的问题,对田径投掷项目的良好发展具有不良的影响。该文对田径投掷项目中左侧支撑技术的作用进行研究,分析共同点,提出几点技术的应用建议,旨在为田径投掷项目中左侧支撑技术的良好运用提供基础保障。At present,with the continuous improvement of material living standards,people's pursuit of spiritual enjoyment begins to increase,and track and field events are widely concerned and valued,creating a better spiritual civilization world for people.However,there are still some problems in the left support technology in track and field throwing events,which will have a bad influence on the good development of track and field throwing events.In this paper,we will study the function of the left support technology in track and field throwing events,analyze the common points,and put forward some technical application suggestions,aiming at providing basic guarantee for the good use of the left support technology in track and field throwing events.
