摘 要:如今,少儿拉丁舞者技术水平越来越高,优秀的少儿舞者一定拥有良好的核心力量,同时在少儿拉丁舞比赛中要想取得好的成绩更需要核心力量的支持。基于此,该文采用文献资料法等对少儿拉丁舞核心力量训练进行研究,得出结论:从少儿拉丁舞运动体能训练来说,核心力量可以提高人体肌肉的稳定性,对于改善平衡及协调能力有很大帮助;在核心训练的过程中可以很好地刺激核心肌肉,从而能够减少运动中的肌肉损伤。现如今,核心训练成为了体能训练中一种重要的方式,应用于很多体育训练中,核心训练的方法也是多种多样,抗阻力训练、瑞士球训练等均能提升核心训练的效果。因此,该文旨在对少儿拉丁舞运动中核心力量训练的价值、困境与出路进行研究,进而为更多的舞者提供相关借鉴。Nowadays,the technical level of children's Latin dancers is getting higher and higher.Excellent children's dancers must have good core strength.At the same time,if they want to get better results in children's Latin dance competition,they need the support of core strength.Based on this,this paper uses the methods of literature and other methods to study the core strength training of children's Latin dance.The conclusion is that the core strength can improve the stability of human muscles,and it is very helpful to improve the balance and coordination ability;in the process of core training,it can stimulate the core muscle well,so as to reduce the muscle damage in sports.Nowadays,core training has become an important way of physical training.It is used in many sports training,and there are many methods of core training.Through resistance training and Swiss ball training,the effect of core training can be improved.Based on this,this paper studies the value,predicament and outlet of core strength training in children's Latin dance movement,so as to provide relevant reference for more dancers.
