校园足球特色学校足球师资建设研究——以长沙市为例

摘　　要：该文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对长沙市20所校园足球特色学校足球师资现状进行了调查与研究。结果表明:教师对开展校园足球的认识较为准确,但仍有部分教师态度消极;高学历、高职称的教师较少,整体执教水平不高。针对以上问题,该文提出了以下几点建议:提高教师工资福利待遇;建立完善的师资培训制度,并鼓励自学自练,提高教师专业的技能水平。By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,the present situation of football teachers in 20 campus football characteristics in Changsha is investigated and studied.The results show that:teachers'understanding of campus football is more accurate,but there are still some teachers'attitude negative;there are few teachers with high education background and high professional titce,and the overall level of teaching is not high.In view of the above problems,the following suggestions are put forward:improve the salary and welfare of teachers;establish a teacher training system,and advocate self-study and self-training to improve the professional level of teachers.
