摘　　要：该文对河北省冰雪运动发展的现状以及冰雪运动开展过程中所面临的问题与困难进行了阐述,分别从基础设施与自然环境、冰雪运动意识、冰雪产业及专业人才的角度来分析所出现的问题,提出了加大宣传力度与途径、增加普及性、趣味性和可参与性、合理的规划、依托学校传播冰雪运动等相应对策,从宏观方面来指引冰雪运动的发展。This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of ice and snow sports in Hebei Province and the problems and difficulties in the process of carrying out the ice and snow sports.It analyzes the problems from the perspectives of infrastructure and natural environment,ice and snow sports consciousness,ice and snow industry and professional talents,and puts forward to strengthen publicity and ways,increase popularity,interest,participation and rationality.This paper aims to guide the development of ice and snow sports from a macro perspective,and points out the phenomena in the process of development.
