摘  要:脂联素是具有生物活性的脂肪细胞因子,在调节能量代谢中起关键作用,能够提高胰岛素敏感及参与炎症反应的调节。脂联素与其受体AdipoR1和AdipoR2结合后,可激活AMPK和PPAR-α等信号因子,进而促进脂肪酸氧化并抑制脂质合成。脂联素与多种激素协同调节机体的代谢,如瘦素、胰岛素等。本文对脂联素及其受体信号通路的作用机制进行综述,以期在改善2型糖尿病和胰岛素抵抗方面提供参考。Adiponectin is a bioactive adipocytokine that plays a key role in the regulation of energy metabolism.Adiponectin,which can improve insulin sensitivity and participate in the inflammatory response,can activate signaling factors such as AMPK and PPAR-αwhen it combines with its receptors,Adipor1 and Adipor2,thereby promoting fatty acid oxidation and inhibiting lipid synthesis Adiponectin and a variety of hormones cooperate to regulate the metabolism of the body,such as leptin insulin,etc.This article reviews the mechanism of adiponectin and its receptor signaling pathway in order to provide reference for improving type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance.
