摘　　要：[目的/意义]目前,我国智库建设存在舆论引导和国际传播的意识和能力不强、国际影响力和话语权亟待提升等问题,而这些问题的解决首先需要充分审视如何认知智库的国际影响力。[方法/过程]本文将已有的智库影响力框架理论研究作为基础,结合知名国际智库的发展特色,建立认知框架来剖析智库的国际影响力。[结果/结论]本文从认知理论的角度去洞察智库产生与提升国际影响力的因素与行为,从智库的研究过程、传播过程以及国际开放程度三方面入手,梳理其层次结构和内在逻辑关系,使用整体框架的形式来呈现结果。[Purpose/significance]At present,there are some problems in the process of think tank construction in China,such as the lack of awareness and ability of public opinion guidance and international communication,the urgent need to improve the international influence and discourse power.To solve these problems,we need to fully examine how to recognize the international influence of think tanks.[Method/process]Based on the existing theoretical research on the influence framework of think tanks,combined with the development characteristics of well-known international think tanks,this paper establishes a cognitive framework to analyze the international influence of think tanks.[Result/conclusion]From the perspective of cognitive theory,this paper provides insight into the factors and behaviors of think tanks that generate and enhance international influence.Starting with the research process,communication process and international openness of think tanks,this paper sorts out its hierarchical structure and internal logical relationship,and finally presents the results in the form of an overall framework.
